What makes a service center "leading" compared to regular shops in Abu Dhabi?

I'm trying to figure out where to take my 2020 A7 for its first major transmission service. The car just hit 80k km and I want to be proactive before any issues start. I've noticed some places in Abu Dhabi call themselves leading or premier service centers but I'm not sure what actually sets them apart. One shop I found online claims to be a Leading Audi Service Abu Dhabi provider and they have a lot of nice photos of their facility on their website. But when I called to ask about their transmission experience, the person on the phone seemed a bit unsure about the difference between the DSG and ZF boxes. That made me nervous. For those of you who have used these higher end shops, what specific things should I look for or ask about to make sure they actually know Audi transmissions? I don't want to pay a premium just for a clean lobby.
