Yukon XL AC barely cools in Sharjah traffic and I've already been to two shops that just shrugged and regassed it

I'm at my absolute wits end with this 2015 Yukon XL Denali that I use to haul the kids and all their stuff around Sharjah because the air conditioning has been getting weaker and weaker over the last few months to the point where if I'm stuck in the afternoon crawl on King Abdul Aziz Street the vents are blowing what feels like lukewarm breath and my three year old in the third row is screaming that she's melting and I can't exactly blame her when it's 46 degrees outside and the cabin feels like a greenhouse. The first shop I took it to near the BMW Road just hooked up a gauge and said it was a bit low on refrigerant and topped it up and sent me on my way and for about three days it was blissfully cold again and then right back to the same weak cooling and the second place I tried said the compressor is probably on its way out but they don't do AC internals and just referred me to some guy in Dubai which is not helpful when I've got a full size SUV that I don't want to drive across the city with a failing AC in August. I started digging around online trying to find a Sharjah GMC AC Maintenance Expert Center that actually knows these big GM trucks and can do a proper diagnosis with a leak test and maybe check the blend door actuators and the condenser for blockages instead of just throwing a can of refrigerant at it and hoping for the best. Anyone here with a Yukon or a Sierra had a similar gradual AC decline in this heat and actually found a shop in Sharjah that figured out the real cause and fixed it without replacing the entire system, because I'm not sure how much longer my family is going to tolerate being chauffeured around in a mobile sauna.
